You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Reason for reporting: After a final warning for copyvios, user is taking fair use images from enwiki articles, AI-upscaling them and uploading them here under incorrect public domain templates: eg. File:Maria Mies.jpg, a photo of a person who lived from 1931 to 2023 which is credited to Malin Kundi on enwiki is uploaded here by Nyimask as anonymous {{Pd-old-70}}, which would require the subject to have been 24 years old or younger at the time it was taken, which she is clearly not.

User is also uploading a lot of images taken from other websites as CC-BY with no evidence for this. Belbury (talk) 13:04, 19 March 2025 (UTC)

Reason for reporting: Apparently a sockpuppet (Category:Sockpuppets of Saranphat chaiphet) created for block evasion, because this user and all the users in the mentioned category have been trying to upload exactly the same copyright violation files which are related to Nan Province, not to mention that the username of this user shows similarity with the usernames of the sockpoppets in that category, such as Warinthon.cha412 (talk · contribs), Warinphut.cha (talk · contribs), etc. --Miwako Sato (talk) 04:31, 20 March 2025 (UTC)

HingWahStreet just repeatedly reverted a complaint about him by User:RoyZuo on Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems. 1. HingWahStreet has been forum shopping for at least 2 months now, despite being at least once warned (on 1 March) to stop Commons:Village_pump/Archive/2025/02#c-Jmabel-20250301164900-HingWahStreet-20250301145600.
2. They have also been warned by me at least twice, on 1 March and 20 March, to not make major changes to other users' user pages as per Commons:Project scope/Pages, galleries and categories and commons conventions.
3. now they are making all kinds of disruptive edits everywhere, including but not limited to removing discussions and collapsing discussions, as documented at Commons:Administrators'_noticeboard/User_problems#HingWahStreet.

In my opinion, even if both users decide to back away this time, I honestly think eventually both users will clash again on edits relating to Anonymous HK Photographer 1. I don’t feel it is constructive to have either one of them bringing up issues regarding to Anonymous HK Photographer 1 to the Village Pump or Admin board again, when we already have significant discussions about it. I don’t think a block for either one of them is needed, but I support a de-facto IBAN between both users or even a topic ban relating to Anon HK Photographer 1 for both users. Evidence: Page log of File:Font Awesome 5 solid moon (1).svg, which is a non-trivial name and already got created 3 times (and has 2 socks in its history).
